Līgas biznesa interešu vai privātīpašuma tiesību aizskārums Nr.2?

Daudzu līgas only-fanu uzmanību jau ilgāku laiku ir piesaistījusi sāga starp Juglas Mavericks īpašniekiem, līgas vadību, preses un statistikas dienestu. Arī līgas all-stars nedēļas nogalē preses konference ar Juglas Mavericks neviesa turpmāku skaidrību, jo Rikšotāju pārstāvis faktiski izvairījās no atbildēm un atsaucās uz īpašnieku kopsapulces vēstuli līgas pārstāvjiem.

Tādēļ, lai izvairītos no turpmākām spekulācijām, Līgas preses dienests publicē Juglas Mavericks vēstuli par mediju situāciju komandā un Mavericks prasībām (!!!) līgas vadībai.

Mēs gribētu vērst lasītāju, fanu un GM uzmanību (red.piezīme - redakcijas pasvītrojumi vēstulē) Juglas Mavericks uzstājīgos pieprasījumus līgai rakstiski publicēt atbildes uz atsevišķiem jautājumiem. Tāpat Juglas Mavericks īpašnieki de-facto turpina ierobežot pieejamību komandas ģērbtuvēm (vienīgais izņēmums ir līgas oficiālas bloga portāls). Lēšam, ka šī vēstule noteikti izsauks turpmāku, visai smagu sarunu starp līgas vadītājiem, valdi un klubu īpašniekiem. Vienlaikus ir skaidrs, ka risinājuma atrašana ir visas līgas interesēs, īpaši ņemot vērā, cik lielu nozīmi mediju kvalitātei pievērš līgas fanu pamatbāze Ķīnā (300m lasītāju).

Dear Commissioner Dreibergs:

We want to inform that the extraordinary Juglas Mavericks club owners’ meeting was held on February 12, 2021 in a garage at a temperature of -10 Celsius or 14 Fahrenheit. No drinking occurred.

The following decisions were made during the meeting:

1. Juglas Mavericks will comply with NBA Fantasy & Pidarasini League rules and regulations, the code of conduct and all club’s personnel will wear moustaches and grow beards, including female personnel.

2. Juglas Mavericks GM will be fined – a bottle of beer – for all Juglas Mavericks wins until the end of the season, which will be available in Jugla on the request and arrival of losing team’s GM.

3. Juglas Mavericks asks to provide in writing NBA Fantasy & Pidarasini League rules and regulations, the code of conduct and photos of all GM’s moustaches and beards on the website https://peterarasinafantazijubasketbols.blogspot.com/.

4. Juglas Mavericks informs that its policy regarding the team’s composition for each game is day-to-day decision and depends on the health condition of the each player, including his drinking problems, the quality of his moustache and the length of the beard, personal family issues, their previous games performance and team’s strategy for each game. No player has a guaranteed place in team’s composition.

Juglas Mavericks still investigates internally the incident, which involved one player who remained on the bench although he had a game that day and there was a free place in the team’s composition.

Juglas Mavericks asks NBA Fantasy & Pidarasini League and its Commissioner with a support of Pidarasini League’s Council consisting of all GMs to provide a written explanation available on the website https://peterarasinafantazijubasketbols.blogspot.com/ how team’s composition must be performed day-to-day and on weekly basis taking into consideration our team’s composition policy and also Statistical & Analytical Department of NBA Fantasy & Pidarasini League.

5. Juglas Mavericks apologizes to all 1,894 million fans in Latvia for excluding D.Bertāns from the team.

6. Regarding the letter written by Andris Avīžnieks, the President of The Society of Professional Journalists, Juglas Mavericks informs that it has changed its media policy and will provide access to its team’s locker rooms exclusively for https://peterarasinafantazijubasketbols.blogspot.com/ bloggers. CBC Sports, NBC Sports, Bleacher Report and especially WC reporters will be no more allowed to access team’s lockers rooms and replied.

7. Regarding all other issues our policy remains as usual – No replies. No comments. No trade. No offers. Just basketball and good beer. Have fun.
